Welcome Nursing Home offers a variety of services to meet the individualized needs of our residents. Sometimes a short break from being the primary caregiver is needed to re-energize. Our Respite care services are designed to provide short term care interventions for caregiver relief. The Short Term Acute Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Program is often a needed transition from an acute hospitalization. Our Short Term stay program assesses both nursing (IV therapy, wound treatments, medication management, etc.)  and rehabilitation (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy) needs with an emphasis on community reintegration.

Our Long Term Care Program focuses on maintaining quality of life needs on a long term basis. Our Long Term Care residents receive ongoing care and collaboration to ensure the care plan is modified and updated to meet your changing needs.

Your health and well-being are our priority. We partner with trusted Community Health Partners to provide essential services on-site. This includes Hospice Care and Palliative Service for comfort and support, Podiatry services to maintain foot health, and Dental services to ensure a healthy smile, audiology, wound care, and psychological services convieniently in the facility. All residents are assessed by skilled professionals to provide appropriate interventions such as Skilled Therapy services and Restorative Nursing Programs.

Our culinary team prepares a variety of menu options to cater to dietary preferences, food consistency requirements,  and dietary supplements.
